Continuous Communication – Open communication between the customer and WorldWide Staffing occurs continually at intervals determined by you. We maintain frequent contact with the employee and your managers to resolve issues and respond to your requests. To ensure compliance we would prefer to set-up weekly calls with your company’s corporate management team and our own to discuss how we can better serve your company.

Key Performance Indicators – WorldWide Staffing tracks and reports on a variety of performance metrics, also known as key performance indicators (KPIs). Determining and quantifying KPIs, such as Attrition, Fill Ratio and Response Time, is crucial to assessing our ability to meet your goals.

Exit References – We want your input on how our employee fits your position. As an employee is exiting an assignment we ask you to rate him or her on several factors including: Professional Appearance, Attendance, Attitude, Dependability, Quality of Work and Productivity.
